well i dont know any techniques actually.basically i copy patterns that look good to me.for example i saw a similar simile to the one on the first picture on "batman-the killing joke", so i tried to copy some parts of it etc.
Creepy. Also the second picture makes me think of Joker meets Beavis and Butthead.
